Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Our favorite dish to get is the crab (real crab!) and mushroom eggs Benedict - perfect every time! The ube pancakes seem to be a popular choice and they are worth ordering once, but they are a bit too sweet for my liking. Their ube latte is delicious, however. The plain latte with oat milk tastes fine but seems weak compared to your solid neighborhood coffee spot.

I went on the weekend morning, and was able to be seated quickly. My sister and I tried a couple of plates, including the loco moco, the rancheros, and the Ube pancakes. The loco moco was very flavorful, but it's definitely a meal for when you're really hungry or to share. The huevo rancheros were solid. The pancakes or novel and I'm glad I tried them! They were moist and had a great ube flavor. There was plenty of sitting inside, although it seems to get packed quickly! It was nice, clean and orderly. Service was great as well. This location is in an ample parking lot.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while but long lines put me off. We decided to wait in line and it flew by, service is quick and efficient which is great. They have unique pancake like banana macadamia and Ube flavor pancakes. They have mexican breakfast with Hawaiian twists which I like. My partner had the banana macadamia nut pancakes and a veggie omelette I had the breakfast burrito with kalua pork, this also comes with a side of chips and beans. The burrito was good not crazy big but the flavor was good and overall the portion was ok. My partner loves the pancakes and I had a try too I can vouch for them as well. Good flavor, fluffy, just want you want from pancakes. The veggie omelette was good as well. She was a fan. Ambiance is nothing special they can do more to be honest but there's plenty of seating inside and there's some outside seating as well. The important part is the food is good and you'll for sure get pancake flavors you won't get elsewhere. Would I come back. Yea I would. I need to try their loco moco since that's my go to dish.

I've stopped by this area multiple times but I've never tried it. I took the opportunity to try this the other day. It was an interesting concept where you order first and then take a seat. They will help you find a seat if you cannot. I saw the ube coconut pancakes on Yelp all the time so this was a must try for me. The pancakes were delicious. We also tried the pork eggs Benedict. I love eggs Benedict which is my favorite thing to eat! I also tried the iced ube latte which wasn't as sweet as I would have liked. Overall, the food was good and I would definitely want to go again.
